Dansko operates 3 large facilities in West Grove, PA: an office building, a warehouse, and a distribution facility.
Dansko’s maintenance manager was faced with scheduling a major and time-sensitive project. Their contract with their expensive building automation system that operated their office building was set to expire in 2 years.
They needed to decide whether to continue with a costly system upgrade or reconfigure the entire electrical system of their facility.

When we walked through the facility and analyzed the systems with Dansko, it was clear they were leaving paying for plenty of features that were never used.
Design an easy-to-use electrical system
Dansko didn’t need a complex and custom electrical automation system, but their needs weren’t out-of-the-box. We designed a custom electrical layout using an off-the-shelf component that would allow future savings on maintenance.
LED Retrofit
Fluorescent lights are expensive and inefficient. The LED technology will last 2-4 times as long as outdated fluorescent bulbs, saving on energy costs and lowering their carbon footprint—which aligns with Dansko’s commitment to minimizing its environmental impact.
