Note: This maintenance plan is only available for Air–Cooled Units. Not available for liquid-cooled units. Service is available during our business hours; no evening, weekend, or holiday service is available.
*Installation needed if unit is equipped. Unit must have WIFI capability. Installation done during normal business hours. Weekends and holidays excluded.

Common Electrical Causes of Generator Failure
Low or Dead Batteries
Sediment buildup, prolonged use, extreme heat, and more can shorten the life of your battery. We check batteries regularly replace batteries every 5 years.
Weather Damage
Flood, heavy wind, and extreme temperatures can all contribute to generator failure. Checking for damage regularly allows us to make adjustments to protect your air-cooled generator.
Loose Electrical Connections
Spark plugs and electrical connections can disconnect or be damaged. We check for early indicators of deterioration to prevent damage.

Our comprehensive inspection ensures all the key components of your air-cooled generator are in good working order.
We examine, clean, and/or adjust the following items:
Change oil and oil filter
Inspect for leaks
Inspect & clean louvers and fan blade
Check battery electrolyte level and charger
Clean battery terminals
Inspect & clean enclosure
Check to make sure unit is level
Inspect air filter element & spark plugs
Check & clean air intake filter compartment
Check fuel line integrity
Check generator control panel
Complete electrical check, voltage & frequency
Check automatic standby system and voltage regulator
Check power transfer
Clean any residue from the generator transfer switch
